Day 2

CU CHI UNDERGROUND TUNNELS – HO CHI MINH CITY (B, D CRUISE)

Proceed to Cu Chi Tunnels where is 70km from Ho Chi Minh City. It is miniature battle versatile of Cu Chi’s military and people during the 30-year war between Viet Nam and America. It also is the special architecture living deeply underground with many stratums, nooks and crannies as complex as a cobweb, having spares for living, meeting and fighting with total lengths over 200 km. Real legends coming from the Tunnel are over human imaginativeness. Creeping down into the tunnel, only some yards, you can find out why Vietnam? A tiny country could defeat its enemy, the large and richest country in the world

Day 3

MEKONG DELTA EXCURSION (B, L)

Drive to My Tho, a capital of Tien Giang Province, is an inland port in the Mekong River Delta which is two-hour drive from Hochiminh City
Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda and then cruising on Tien River to visit Thoi Son Islet by motorized boat, you will see the My Tho fishing village with floating fish farm, stilt houses and fruit plantation along the river bank. Walking on the village road, you will visit tropical orchards, bee-keeping farm, taste natural honey and honey wine, enjoy tropical fruits and traditional local folk songs, explore the local coconut candy production process, taste candy & coconut pulp. You will have a chance to try a rowing boat ride along the creeks, under the shadow of the water coconut trees also Lunch at local restaurant with Mekong Specialties like deep-fried Elephant Ear fish & deep-fried sticky rice ball
Drive back to Ho Chi Minh City for relax

Day 4

HO CHI MINH CITY – PHNOM PENH ARRIVAL (B)

Check out and transfer to Phnom Penh by public bus. Upon arrival, you are welcome at airport with warmest atmosphere. Transfer to hotel for check in and relaxing

Day 5

PHNOM PENH CITY TOUR (B)

This morning, go on visiting to Toul Sleng Genocide Museum. Prior to 1975, Toul Sleng was a high school by under the Khmer Rouge it was converted into a prison and interrogation facility. Inmates were systematically tortured to extract confessions and the notorious ‘Killing Fields’ of Choeung Ek are not to be missed.
Afternoon, free at your leisure for shopping or dinner
Afternoon, start your visit to Wat Phnom, Independence Monument, and the Royal Palace compound build in 1866 by King Norodom, is the most conspicuous feature and also one of impressive colorful Khmer-style Palaces. Nearside the Royal Palace is Silver Pagoda (The Emerald Buddha temple), display plenty of Buddha Statues that were decorated and made by diamond, emerald, gold and silver. Shopping at Russian Market (Psah Tuol Thom Pong), a lively outdoor market where you will find antiquities, silver and gold jewelry, gems, silk, kramas, stone and wood carvings, as well as T-Shirts, CDs and other souvenirs

PHNOM PENH – SIEM REAP (B)

This morning, leave Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. It takes 6 hours to drive through 3 provinces as Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, and Kandal without guide. Upon Siem Reap arrival, you are welcomed with the warmest atmosphere and transfered to hotel for check in & relax

Day 7

SIEM REAP TOUR (B, D WITH TRADITIONAL SHOW)

This morning, visit the monumental magnificence of Angkor Thom - last capital of the Khmers, with its Terrace of Elephants, Terrace of the Leper King and the stunning Bayon Temple. This 12th century masterpiece lies at the very centre of Angkor Thom and is an archaeological wonder of symmetry and grandeur. Visit Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery
Afternoon, visit Angkor Wat, the largest temple in the world, with a volume of stone equaling that of the Cheops pyramid in Egypt. It is unlike all the other Khmer temples in that it faces west, and is inspired by 12th Century Hinduism. Its symmetrical towers are stylized on the modern Cambodian flag. Conceived by Suryavarman II, Angkor Wat took an estimated 30 years to build. It is generally believed to have been a funeral temple for the king. It has been occupied continuously by Buddhist monks and is well preserved. Intricate bas-reliefs surround Angkor Wat on four sides. Each tells a story. The most celebrated of these is the Churning of the Ocean of Milk, which is located on the east wing. In it the Naga serpent, is twisted by demons and gods to spurt out the elixir of life.
